The youth of Europe want and should be an active part of the society. This can be achieved thanks to personal engagement and creativity at the local level. Combat racism and xenophobia as well as confirming active participation in the European society. The young can express their engagement for equal rights, participation and the common concept of Europe through active work with media.

The applicants and partners want to stimulate the young to dispute about their social and political surroundings but also to intercultural study. By achieving these skills the young should become active citizens of Europe and be able to participate in intercultural dialog.

Mediaworkshops: Aims, concept, documentary, evalutaion
  A first evaluation of the workshops can be given by the interpretation of surveys, which were filled out by the youngsters. Moreover the evaluation comprises data of group discussions.
The evaluation tries to find out the media skills before the workshops and the motivation to take part. What is more they show what learning progress has happened.

  One goal of the project "youth4media -mediatrainer for the european youth" was the development and the proving of a concept to advance the medial acting and medial creativity in the field of youth media work. Within the two years of the project's work, approved material and concepts for the promotion of youth media competenceorginated. All of that is assembled in the following brochures:
